The Rising Stars process is designed to help today's youth develop their personal leadership skills and begin to set goals and directions for their lives beginning at an earlier age. Leadership is essential in enabling teens to develop character, confidence, and values that promote healthy behavior.

Our Vision is to promote the talents and healthy behaviors of teenagers and to develop their potential for leadership in our community.

Our Mission is to reach out to under-resourced youth and to develop their leadership skills, which translates into diverse community awareness, self-accountability, and the highest self-confidence in education and career goals.

Our Objective is to provide highly motivated teens the opportunity to attain the educational goals and technical skills they seek to become tomorrow’s local community leaders.
